ROBINSONS SUPERMARKET’S WELLNESS FESTIVAL
I got to check out Robinsons Supermarket’s Wellness Festival
last Friday afternoon in Robinsons Magnolia. I didn’t know what to expect so I
was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and saw the setup.
There was this huge “salad bowl” with a salad bar inside,
featuring all sorts of yummy and healthy ingredients.
There were also various booths that had healthy offerings,
fun activities, and freebies for everyone.
For example, Nestle Nesfruta introduced their Guyabano
juice.
Myra gave away skincare products.
P&G had a roleta where you could win a Safeguard soap
bar, a Safeguard body wash, or a foot spa treatment.
Tipco Del Monte offered different juice drinks.
There were also fun activities like a Bike Together game.
A trampoline game where you had to get a fruit.
And a salad pong.
Later in the afternoon, fellow Kapuso Tonipet Gaba went on
stage to host the program, which ended with a Fitness Glow party that had
coaches Jim and Toni Saret leading everyone in a fitness workout.
Robinsons Supermarket’s Wellness Festival couldn’t have come
at a more perfect time. A lot of people are becoming more and more
health-conscious now so their move to promote a healthy lifestyle is really
commendable.
I love that they have a health brand called Healthy You,
which carries nuts, juices, oats, brown rice, coffee, and more – all of which
have been evaluated by DOST – Food Nutrition and Research Institute. They also
have the Healthy You Rolled Oats, which you can get for free for every stamp
with a minimum single receipt purchase of P3000, inclusive of P500
participating products.
The good thing is that if you have a Robinsons Rewards card,
you get an additional 15 points for every P500 worth of Healthy You products
the whole month of July.
The Wellness Festival jumpstarted last Friday and ended
yesterday, July27, in Robinsons Magnolia. But the good thing is that also
happening this July is their annual event called Freshtival, which features
fresh items on a daily basis, discounts, and freebies.
